About Our Feature

Ewan Hill is a queer love ballad, an encyclopedia of cloud facts, a young trans libra. Raised in Bellingham, WA, they’ve set up home in Massachusetts. A believer in restless and radical community, they co-founded Pulp Slam and run Spitfire, Smith College’s spoken word organization. Ewan was the 2017 Northampton Poetry representative at the Women of the World Poetry Slam and the National World Poetry Slam. They’ve most recently been published in the Academy of American Poets and Public Pool. Ewan wants to throw the gender binary into a dumpster and send that dumpster to a dying star really far away from this planet. Ewan writes about gender. Ewan writes about home. Ewan believes in exquisite care and the cleaving of orbits. They would like to please see a picture of your dog after they read some poems.
